Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on purchases & returns. We use Clickship for getting you the best real time shipping rates possible.

We are not be liable for lost/stolen packages, but will do what we can to help. Please send us a message through our Contact Us page and we will email you back.

We may use a different carrier to fulfill the order from what you selected at checkout. As we look for the lowest price for you & some may not be available during checkout.

We package each order with care. If any package arrives damaged, please take a picture of it & inform us immediately through our Contact Us page and we will email you back with instructions.

Customer orders are processed the day of order and are shipped the next business day.

By placing your order, you agree to accept the above Terms.

Return Policy

If there is a defect in our product and the Customer returns the product to us, we will provide a free exchange of a replacement for the defective product. Customer needs to return the product to us for inspection before an exchange can be done. Proof of Purchase receipt is required for any returns. Should the returned product be deemed by us as defective/unusable, we will immediately process a replacement and ship it back to the Customer via the method of shipping the Customer pays for.
